Shared Coaching Class

We will soon start conducting shared coaching sessions in a classroom environment. We’re trying to be creative in keeping this process affordable and getting more people involved in Genealogy. We expect to conduct the coaching sessions as frequently as a group of participants wishes, and for the sessions to include up to 8 participants. Participation will be $50/session, and will include a small amount of pre-work and follow up with us as appropriate to make the sessions more productive. Most of the non-class interactions will be driven by your questions. There will certainly be limits as to how much we can do outside of class for economic reasons, but we want this to work.

The class will be structured as follows:

Roundtable discussion by participants—each participant reviews the current state of their research and where they would like to make progress

:15 - :30

Short instructional lesson given to all participants

:30 - :59

Working session—our best attempt to move each person forward in their research
